Cancellation/ Appointment Change Policy
As a courtesy, DBK will send a reminder email and/or text 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please remember it is your responsibility to manage your scheduled appointment within our policies.
DBK Salons requires 24 hours notice for cancellation or changes to all Hair Cuts or Services up to 90 minutes in order to fill in our wait list of guests.
We require 48 hours notice for all Colour and Chemical Services requiring more than 90 min
Guests cancelling within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% fee of their scheduled service(s).
No Shows
No Show appointments will be charged for the cost of their entire scheduled service visit. (Please don’t be this person.)
Service Deposit
We require a valid credit card number or a deposit for services over 2 hours long (i.e. Hilites, Keratin Tr. & Colour Corrections) in order to reserve your appointment.
Redo Policy
DBK Salon aims to provide the highest quality of service. We require our guests to contact us within 1 week of the performed service if they believe the result is not in line with the agreed upon consultation. An appointment is then made to come in and consult with the salon manager and stylist at which time, an assessment will be done to determine if a redo is necessary. Please keep in mind, using box colour or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired goal.
